Hazed orange topped with a lasting creamy white head.
Nose is orange zest, grapefruit, pineapple, grass, pine nip, melon.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine needle, mandarin, melon, pineapple.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy enough DIPA if no Ww.

Can. A light haze on this yellowish gold dipa, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate with late developing good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a lovely light creamy sweetness. Hops deliver smooth cooling pine into a lovely lemon tinged lime, must be a fair Motueka dosage here? Light but persistent hop spice bring up the back end. A relatively simple dipa but done so well it is, for me, a bit of a stunner.
