Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear - hazy matt medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, moderate to heavy coffee, dusty coffee. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, coffee, dusty, tart fruit, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130525]

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of hops and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes citrus fruits and Saaz as well as light notes of coffee, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is very much espressocoffee, roasted malts and some chocolate. Flavour is coffee, some floral and sweet malty notes along with some slight tart wooden notes. Balanced, and surprisingly drinkable experiment.

Draught at KØ13. Good Brett aroma, had some coffee, but seems to have disappeared. Cloudy yellow colour. Good Brett flavour, late coffee note. The combination is better than expected, but I prefer the saison saaz without the coffee.

DØE. Hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast and strong coffee. Flavour is malt, yeast, strong coffee, spices and a little acid.

DØE. Unclear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. The coffee overpowers everything else. Weird. 250513

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is bretty and dense coffee. Smooth fruity, and bitter and fruity. Lingering crisp hoppy. Ends bitter and smooth fruity.
