750 ml bottle from Birdsmouth, 1/1/23. Pours a rather dark brown color with a thick tan - light brown head. Rich and malty aroma and flavor. Caramel, toffee, chocolate, and coffee. Earth, spice, and grainy notes. Flavorful and rich, a little sweet, but not overly so. Impressively made, one of the better examples of this style I can recall. Six beers in, these guys are absolutely killing it thus far. Can't wait to see what comes next.
