On tap-thin white head with trailing lace-slightly hazy pale yellow/straw. A-soft fruit/apple, some grain. T-follows with some spice hops-hallertau?

Draft at the brewery, 4/1/22. Hadn't been here since about a month after they opened, and the improvement on the flagship pils is both noticeable and commendable. Much more of a grass, hay, sweet malt, dough, and mild spice thing now. Drinks better too. The off flavors faded to the back. Happy to see the beers are better, because the people here are great. 7/3/7/4/14 Draft (taster) at the brewery, 11/24/20. Clear gold, white head. Grass, hay, a little green apple. Decent. 6/3/5/3/12
