A variety bred from Hallertau Mittelfruh, Pacifica has some delectable noble characteristics with a floral and citrus punch. This beer has exceptional length, forged by a weighty 42 IBU of bitterness.

Keg at BCBF 2023. Poured light hazed pale gold with a white foam. Aroma: bread, biscuit, light citrus, grass. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, clean. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Decent.
