Do you love ginger? Then this is the perfect beer for you. Our Ginger Brew is a typical American pale ale, to which we add fresh ginger directly in the fermentation tank. The result is an amazingly fresh ginger beer with tons of taste. In Ginger Brew we use Citra hops, that also lends the beer an appealing touch of citrus. That makes Ginger Brew a fresh summer beer, with a warm, complex and aromatic taste of ginger and citrus. The same notes are reflected in the aroma, thereby creating a wonderful harmony in both nose and mouth.

Overall, Ginger Brew is a delightful, fresh ginger beer with great depth.

50 cl. bottle. Enjoyed with sushi. Hazy, paler golden colour with a dense, white cap on top. Spicy aroma with ginger, citrus, fruits, caramel and elderflower. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and spicy with ginger. Good sushi - beer pairing.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with quite some impurities and a white head. Very refreshing ginger aroma.Medium body, a rather sweet fruitiness while the ginger notes have almost vanished. Nice late ginger bite. Very subdued bitterness. A drinkable drop 060314

Odense catch-up from the cellar. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of ginger nut cookies with a soapy hint of citrus. Sweet soapy and ginger-filled flavour.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, soap, ginger, light peppery. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, yeasty, ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131012]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich ginger, malt, grass and hops. Ginger is very dominant. Nice for a ginger lover like me.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white beige head.the aroma has notes of ginger and malt. The flavornis sweet with notes of ginger and malt, leading to a dry spicy fnish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is ginger, citric and dry herbal. Citric and lingering fruity. Smooth fruity, citrusy and dry ginger finish.
