We are very excited to have partnered again for another great lager with our good friends at Mondo Brewery, this time for a special edition of our BBQ Helles. We have taken a touch of smoked malt and at the end of fermentation we added a small amount of maple syrup from Connecticut. This was kindly provided by Jim Matteson, father of Mondo founder Todd.
The gently smoked aroma, combined with the delicate roasted sweet nutty flavour given by the maple syrup make this beer the perfect choice for a memorable BBQ party with friends.

330ml bottle online from the brewery. Pours clear orange gold with a white cap. Well balanced smokiness with a hint of maple sweetness on the finish. Light body with soft carbonation.
