Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours rich brown with a creamy, khaki head. Not bad overall, has a lot of scorched earth, modest roast, coffee grounds, bitter cocoa. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. The finish has a lot of vague dark malt character, some raisins, more roast and cocoa, a little burnt rubber, tobacco ash and black coffee. Alright beer.

Can from Park Fever, Hither Green. Black pour with a swiftly diminishing beige head. Sweet tobacco, liquorice, chocolate ice cream aroma. Liquorice toffee, dessicated coconut, sweet spice taste. Good.
