When There Is No Sun started its journey 22 months ago when we did an overnight double mash boil. After being tucked away in a Heaven Hill barrel for almost 2 years, we conditioned it on serious amount of single origin cacao beans from Colombia and whipped in deep flavours of hazelnut to elevate it into a luxurious bourbon dipped hazelnut brownie experience.

Bottle, 375 ml, courtesy of Max. Shared with him, kajser27 and MiroB. Dark dark brown with almost no head. Dense chocolate, loads of hazelnuts, sweet, some bourbon. Very nice.
