Building on our experience making barrel-aged beer with all manner of fruit co-ferments, cider feels like a very natural progression for us and we’re excited to continue our explorations in fermentation and barrel-aging. Similar to our beers, our hope with these ciders is to provide an elevated experience with a thoughtfully crafted beverage that showcases our region’s bounty and the magic of oak aging.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is dry, with plenty of oak, light funk, and a touch of apple core. Flavour is bright, with complex apple core, plenty of apple acidity, oak, and a touch of farmhouse notes. There’s a tinge of toffee apple that adds an inexplicably nice depth to what is otherwise quite a dry cider. Real good.

500mL bottle. Pours clear pale blonde. Very woody aroma with dry, funky apple skins. Flavour has crisp apples, lightly funky skins, a touch of oak, and a gentle sweetness. This is very nice.
