Tap at Beer&Food Attraction 2020, in Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, with very fine white foam. Aroma is of sour citrus. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is moderately sour, with a hint of sweetness. Final is fairly short.

Bottle shared by Mirko @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Giallo chiaro, torbida, schiuma leggerissima poco persistente. Al naso sentori di malto, note vinose e citriche, lattico, leggera speziatura. In bocca è dolciastra all’attacco con finale salato e acidulo, molto particolare. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Niente male davvero!
