Cervino is our series of oak-aged sour beers that incorporate various wine grape varietals. The White Sangria variant first saw a refermentation on Sauvignon Blanc grape juice before receiving a second refermentation on a hefty amount of yellow peaches from Door County. Finally, this beer was dry-hopped using Nelson Sauvin before being packaged.

Bottle, 750 ml shared with Miro B and Max. Cloudy orange with small white head. Funk, grapes. vinous, musty, barrel. Medium to heavy sourness. Juicy. Low carbonation.
