Three different fruits meet three different woods. The mead features Quince from South America, Black Raspberries from the Pacific Northwest and wild Blueberries from Canada. It’s was blended with Brazilian Quince Blossom honey then aged on a blend of American, French and Brazilian Oak (aka Amburana).
Dark red in color. Black Raspberry all day on the nose. Jammy fruit from the black raspberries and lush tannins and sweetness from the blueberry. Bookended by the Quince which brings some flavors which come across as a mix of apple and pear in the background.

Bottle pour at Pontoon Brownie Bash 2021. Black with red haze, no head. Intensive sweet fruit, lots of berries, both dark and red, honey. Bit too sweet but if it was a bit colder would be better.
