We took our BA S’mores Brownie and further aged it on a house reduced strawberry puree to add some sweet strawberry fruit and a tiny bit of acidity to add complexity to this beer. Notes of chocolate-covered strawberries with some creamy vanilla ice cream and some graham cracker and caramelized brown sugar on the finish.

On tap at Pontoon Brownie Bash 2021. Black with beige head. Chocolate and nuts. Cocoa, vanilla, some fruit notes. Sweet, but not overly. Barrel coming through. Low carbonation. Medium to full bodied.
