Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, spicy, sweet spicy - gruit, dakr malt, light cinnamon. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet spicy - gruit, spicy, cinnamonne. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20131011]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and cinnamon. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 111013

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is herbal and light spiced. Smooth cinnamon, sweet malty and rosemary. Bitter and herbal. More malty/caramelish than the enkel.

Really spicy beer, with tones of cinnamon and wood. The gruit is clearly present as well. Nice experiment.

Bottle from Berts Bierhuis. Clear dark brown colour, off-white head. Nose is spicy, malty, slight toastiness, some spices. Flavour is caramel malts, some sweetness, bit of spices, some toastiness. Finish is slightly sweet.

Draught @ Bierbeleving Oss. Opaque brownish color, medium sized off-white to beige head. Overwhelming aroma of all sorts of herbs and spices. Taste lightly malts, again an incredible amount of herbs and spices but somehow quite balanced. Don’t be mistaken though, it’s still a mix of herbs and spices, but the taste is not as bad as it smells. Medium body, low to medium carbo.
