This Double IPA expresses a huge juicy tropical fruit aroma! Heavily hopped in the kettle and fermenter with El Dorado, Idaho7, and Mosaic hops plus a bonus dose of whole Mosaic flowers in the serving tank bring out harmonious blend of apricot, mango, pineapple, guava, blueberries, and some underlying resinous dankness!

On tap at the Brewpub. Pours clear golden with white head. Nice hoppiness, bit piney, citrus. Light sweetness. Bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates tot the edges. Aroma is full of citrus with a bit of straw and some grapefruit rind underlying. Flavor has a nice citrus note a hint of onion, tropical fruit and a grain backbone.
