Bright, deep, russett-yellow. Lightly carbonated.
Big and bold acidity doesn't pull any punches. Light malo-lactic character and lots of mineral. But there's also a roundness and good aged character to it. Very clean with nothing weird going on.
Dry, for sure, though not intensely-so. Not bone dry, nor too tannic. Some good, fleshy juice to it, with interesting flavors and a medium body that allows for good texture but also good drinkability. Really straddles the sweet/dry, rustic/clean, rich/drinkable lines nicely. Impressive. Will try more from these guys.

7% everyday cider haha for me perhaps. New cidery add I feel like New England cideries are falling through crack, no evidence just a hunch. Light yellow and fairly clear. Nose is apple and vinegar and vegetal. Tastes of green apples, tart crabapple, green onions, vinegar and herbs. Dry and no sweetness. Zippy
