Haven’t had a cider in a bit, I assumed this was a varietal I hadn’t heard of but alas it’s infused with Tuscan flavors. Rosemary is interesting I’m not sure I decide which way I lean on it. Hold pour fairly clear. Few bubbles to start but flattens. Nose is herbal and appley. Tastes rosemary and honey and. Orange peel is light. Apple flavors present but not thick. Semi sweet and smooth bodied.
