For years, we’ve been crafting classic, crisp, light-bodied Festbiers and rich, malty Marzens, but our new OKTOBERFEST release marries these two styles into a balanced amber lager to be enjoyed by all! Built from a blend of Pilsner, Munich, and caramel malts, and hopped with precision with German Saphir, we’re pleased to present this new libation for celebrating the season!

Pours deep hazy light mahogany into a stein. Off-white head with good retention recedes leaving gloppy sheets. Dark caramel and brown bread aromas. Soft with sweet golden syrup and brown raisin bread upfront turning to toasted pumpernickel in the earthy finish.

Brewery draught, 9/17/25.
Clear copper. Big, white head.
Malty, rich, bready malts with red apple and caramel. Does seem to dry out on the end.
Malty and rich with red fruit and caramel. Great texture, not horrendously bready, not sweet. Light bitterness on the finish. Pretty crisp, very malty. Clean.

Can at home. Fairly dark coloration for style. Nose is malty caramel. Tastes the same, some leaf litter, rootbeer. Medium bodied. Could use some drying bite.
