33cl bottle. Bb 11.12.13. Had forgotten about this beer as I had stuck it away with bottles left for aging. Poured dark brown with a foamy, nice brown head. Hoppy, roasty aroma, some cocoa and oatmeal. Flavor has roastedness, milk chocolate, caramel, toffee and hops. Smooth mouthfeel, creamy, tender. Really. Long finish of mild roasted malt and milk chocolate lingering forever in my mouth. Medium bodied. Full of flavors and the aroma was nice as well. Not really any bourbon though. Very enjoyable.

Almost opaque dark brown beer, big fluffy pale tan head. Palate is light and fresh, semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light creamy malt, dry. Whisper of coffee. Light touch of dark fruits and very light tangy bourbon. Whisper of vanilla wood. Dry finish. Very nice BA beer, very light.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, light to moderate citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, hoppy, chocolate - vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
