Appearance: golden yellow color with some transparency; one and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light bready notes along with a little bit of floral to lemony hop tones
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet malty to semi-bitter hoppy lightness; finishes crisp through the hops and malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good amount of smoothness over the tongue - nothing distracting
Overall: I say this was a pretty nicely done Kolsch I would return to.

On draft at Seafood Sam’s in Sandwich. Crystal clear gold with a small white head. Nose is breadth malt and some lemon zest. Flavour is a bit fuller than the aroma, clean malt and some citrus. Easy drinking lager

Draft at work dinnner. Golden and clear with fine head. Nose is faint citrus and hay. Tastes of caramel, hay, lemon and floral hops. Crisp enough.

On tap at Man in the Moon. Almost clear golden with a small white head. Bread, some hay and butter.

Pours a nice clear pale gold from a can. Crispy malt aroma, some hay. Flavor is a light biscuit, some grass and faint lemon. Very good beer.
