Named for the historic building that is now home to American Icon, this is a traditional American style beer inspired by the amber lagers of Vienna; having slightly more hop character for balance, and a refreshingly clean finish . Medium-light body with pleasant aromas and flavors of light caramel toast. Clean and crisp finish.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a semi-clear gold color with a small white head. Very light caramel aroma. Nice sweet, smooth, and clean caramel malt flavor. Nice beer.

Draft part of flight. Doesn’t look amber enough far too gold. Nose is earthy and hops. Tatses of florals, leaf litter, some acorns, faint apricot and gooseberry. Crispy palate.
