330ml bottle at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, piney, lemon lime citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a fresh, crisp, malt, light tart, citrus fruit, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Moa Tiki, Singapore. Hazy bronze colour, mid sized head. Grapefruity piney nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with pine and resin. Some grapefruit peels. Really bitter finish. Not up standard of other excellent stuff I've had from Moa.

IPA pours darker orange, not too foamy. Nose has grass, really grassy hops there actually. Bit of sweetness. Taste is quite hoppy, some light tropics. Dry hop linger, more grassy stuff going on, refreshing, more like session IPA though. When not really spectacular, drinks well.

On tap at Eureka. Pours gold with a small fluffy head. Mango, grass, passionfruit, bread. Not bad.

From a 330ml bottle on 2/1/2015. Pours a murky dark golden with a biggish head. Has a light aroma of caramel and biscuit malt, along with a bit of fruit. Flavour wise, there’s some sweet citrus fruit which is quickly bludgeoned into submission by a very firm, quite salty bitterness. Not much else is going on. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A bit blunt and agricultural. Quite disappointing.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Tom L. As Moa Pale Ale. Cloudy golden. Stale hops aroma. Flavor of bitterish hops, citric, a bit "green", and slightly stale, with slightly harsh bitterness. Medium-bodied.

330 ml bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Very highly carbonated upon opening, but not infected. I let it dissipate before drinking. Pours moderate hazy/cloudy orange/amber color with a 2-3 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with outstanding retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, peach, light pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, peach, pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/citrus rind/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, peach, pine, caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a god bit. Damn nice complexity, balance, and robustness of citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice pale ale style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

750ml champagne bottle into pint glass. Fruity hop nose, dry spice earth. Very cloudy almost copper colour. Solid white head. Medium body followed by short sharp hop finish. S’alright.

Sampled on draft at the Gordon Ramsay Pub in Las Vegas this beer poured a dark amber color with a small foamy off white head that faded quickly and left good lacing. The aroma was dry, spritzy citrus and perfume. The flavor was dry and bitter - noticeably lacing in malt and had perfumey hops and a bit of Windex. Medium length dry and bitter perfume finish. Medium body. Meh.
