Punchy citrus fruity tangerine to the fore, getting some grapefruit and lemon, touch of peach flesh, set upon a sweet creamy malty backbone, with a dense yet soft creamy mouthfeel and body, dank edged robust hoppy into the close. Lovely stuff.

Sweetish, fluffy juicy and tropical fruity with some citrus, pineapple, mango and floral hops. Creamy and sweet finish.

473ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally restricted, citrusy fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, oaty malty background, notes of lemon, lemongrass, some kiwi fruit, a touch of gooseberry. Taste is bitter and tart-ish, juicy, citrusy fruity, slightly piney and grassy hoppy, notes of lemon, lemongrass, some resin, kiwi fruit, gooseberry, oaty malty basis with subtle residual sweetness, a touch of alcohol in the last third. Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium, soft, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, refreshing, dangerously drinkable - very good.

(473ml can c/o Luc, thanks!) Pours opaque orange-gold with a thick white head and big lace. Aroma of candied orange peels, peach, leafy hops, herbs and meadow flowers and fresh conifer needles over quite bready malt. Flavour of tangerine and navel orange peel and pulp with accents of pineapple and soft peach, fresh leafy hop cones, herbs, light pine, smooth breadiness to the malt with a light sweetness to it compared to typical Badlands fare, smooth fruity esters into the finish, lots more orange appears in the finish and aftertaste. Low bitterness but nice leafy resins and 'bitter' flavoured amaro-type herbs into the aftertaste, which is surprisingly Campari-like in some ways. Medium-bodied, creamy plush carbonation. Interesting presentation of Cascade here, not a typical NE flavour but not far removed either. Really tasty brew.
