750ml bottle bought online fro m the brewery & shared with a friend on NYE. Pours clear orange amber with a beige head. Aroma: Sweet, tart, light funk, oak, red wine grape. Taste: dry, sweet & sour, light tart, vinous, oaky. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Not an especially funky saison but that pinot barrel produced an absolute beaut. It beat the Cantillon Brabantiae 2018 that was sampled later that evening
