Gose is one of the sour wheat beer styles that were once popular across the north of Germany. Hazy thanks to the wheat malt, gently spiced with citrusy Indian coriander and Maldon salt for a savoury note, the unique yeast we used gives it a very refreshing tartness and a fruity aroma.

330ml bottle online from HB&B. Pours lightly hazed golden with a decent white covering. Light saltiness on the aroma, not much else. Taste: light sweet with light sharp lemon notes & a salty citrussy finish. Light to medium body with pillowy carbonation.

330ml bottle. Pours dull gold with a medium head. Aroma is salty crackers and lime jelly. Taste has salty lime cordial with a lightly sour salty finish. Touch of coriander on the aftertaste.
