Yikes it's been a while since anyone has rated this one! 500ml bottle from Lapworth Wines. Clear gold pour with decent small white head. Aroma is biscuit, grass, citrus, grapefruit. Quite a zesty tangy tangerine flavour with a grassy bitterness. Dry finish almost astringent but offset by a late grapefruit refreshing note. It's fine.

Many thanks to Rian for this bottle! Floral grainy nose. The beer starts grainy with hints of herbal hops. The body has too muh grain to let the hops pass through. Moderate bitterness, grainy body, the hops are a bit earthy, a bit like straw. Fresh grainy bitter aftertaste.

Bottle from brewer’s own stall at the Thame Food Festival. Deep gold with a lasting white head. Reasonably resinous mouthfeel with a light fizz that suits the beer. Really nice apricot and sweet grape up front. Light biscuitty malt behind before a heavy-handed pine bitterness bulldozes through the lot. There’s a little floral dryness in the finish but really the bitterness is too much and kills off the other flavours. Still a decent beer, but could have been much better.
