330ml unlabelled bottle from the brewery. Pours clear mid amber brown with a smidge of fast disappearing white head. Aroma: vinous, apples, vinegar, funk. Taste: semi dry with light tart apples dominate giving apple vinegar & cider notes, light funk, hints of white wine. Light body, almost no carb, light fruity finish. An unusual beer, really enjoyed it
