Our ethos is to use as many local ingredients as possible. With this beer we took a barrel of ageing Saison which we thought would match the flavour of blackberries. The base Saison was brewed with our own Suffolk barley, hops and well water, together with a blend of Saison together and our own wild yeast. The blackberries were also picked locally and added straight to the barrel, giving the beer a beautiful pink hue and dry fruity character.

330ml bottle online from Hoptimism. Pours clear berry pink with no head. Aroma: fruity, blackberries, herbal, light funk. Taste: light tart with sharp dark berries. Light bodied, zero carb, dry berry finish
