Bottle. Creamy off-white excellent mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Meat notes Yeastflaw? Oily palate. Messy and not good.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dusty roasted, keller, ash, sugar, earthy notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sugary, roasted, ash notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Bottle. Pours opaque brownish black with huge light brown head. Aroma is intense with lots of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, toasted bread and some sweet ripe fruit (apples and plum). Taste is light sweet, medium acidic, medium bitter and light umami. Body is oily with light crisp carbonation. Finish is long and eventually light sweet with notes of fruit, chocolate, nuts, caramel, coffee, yoghurt, lactose. Rich and very pleasant.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Deep amber, close to black, colour with a small brown head. Aroma is wood, mild toasted notes as well as some ripe fruits. Flavour is fruity, wooden, toffeeish and some mild toasted notes.

From tap. Pours clear and golden brown, deep amber to orange galre with a huge, rocky and off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Roasted malty, caramelish, sweet and dark malty.
