On tap at the East End Brewery. Got a nice big sample while filling a growler of it for puzzl. Cloudy lightish beige or brown like a hazey Long Island iced tea. Beatiful big head! Taste is of old farm house or barn with background hints of old sour wet hay. At times I think I smell a little old wet hay and manure mix in there and this is not meant to be derrogatory in any way. I must admit, I never tasted horse or goat manure but had my face rubbed in it a few times and this stuff has all the positve attributes of said matter. At times I think there are hints of smoked goat cheese in there. This brew is unique and a positive experience on all accounts. A really good tasting session brew. Light and airy, beautiful and fun. Nice finish, like a confederate gentleman greeeting a southern colonial bell. Lovely, simply lovely! Not a single hint of bitterness!
