Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up fresh notes of moldy funky earthiness, a flash of peach and apple and berry like fruitiness and then wild yeasty notes blended with wheat. The taste is punchy and balanced. It starts with fruity tartness and building peach and red apple fruitiness. To midway it picks up a sliver or two of a sour near vinegar sensation. This all works pretty damn well. Crisp fresh and involved in its depth.
