Lattina. Un territorio olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo paglierino. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca c'è un gusto prevalente di malto, e poi miele, cereali, pane ed erbaceo.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo oro torbido, al naso cereali luppoli note citriche ed erbacee, in bocca è fruttata malto cereali agrumi, astringente, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro leggero. E’ buona piacevole ma poco pulita troppo rustica e comunque fuori stile. Non chiamatela Helles. c. Cantina della birra 02.10.21

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly transparent, with a nice head of fluffy, white foam, very fine. Aroma is floral and zesty, of citrus peel, plus cereal. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with decent bitterness too. Final is average, on the thin side.

Can, thanks Daniele. Unclear hay-like pour with a tick creamy and stable foam. Nose: pils malty aroma mixed with hoppy notes of citrus and fresh grass. Beautiful aroma leading to floral. Mouth: rustic malty mouthfeel with a citric (refreshing) bitterness. Carbonation is medium-high.

On tap @OG Pub (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Naso rustico, cereali, crosta di pane, leggero citrico ed erbaceo. In bocca è splendida, equilibrata, dolce all'attacco con amaro finale medio, rustica nel retrolfattivo. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Eccellente.
