A blend of apples sourced from Mike Barsotti's orchard in Placerville, CA. Co-fermented by native yeast with Blood Oranges from Cambria, and aged in Old Bourbon Casks for four months. Dry hopped in barrel with Mandarin hops. Unfiltered and bottle conditioned. Serve chilled.

On tap at Libertine brewpub, Morro Bay. Pours hazy pale golden with small short lasting white head. Apples, grapes, some bourbon, wood, tart. Has some complexity for a cider. Good stuff.
