(Cask at Tapping the Admiral, Camden, London, 19 April 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with toast, nuts and dark fruit. Malty taste with notes of nuts, toast, caramel, dried fruit and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Rather thin body, with a certain malt sweetness. Decent and quite drinkable. (It seems to be brewed at Everards according to the Trumanโ€™s website, but if someone knows better, please correct me on that.)
