Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, smoke - coal. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coal, roasted, light chocolate, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130523]

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and caramel flavor. has a roasted malty milky chocolate finish.

200ml from tap at Mikkeller Bar. Jet black body colour. Fading brownish, bubbly head. Spotty lacing. Rich aromas of dark malts, chocolate and dusty hops. Taste of dark chocolate malts balanced by a little tartness. Dry and roasted ending. Medium bodied. Likable porter (Copenhagen 26.05.2013).

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is coffee and toffee malty. Bitter, coffee and light fruity hoppy. Bitter and toasted malty into a roasted finish.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Nice head with good duration. Color is close to black. Aroma amd taste are roast malt, chocolate, coffee, licorice and hops.

Draught. Mild smokey and salty aroma. Almost black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is roasted, fresh coffee. The mouthfeel is a little thin, but not bad.
