Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. This twelfth release contains select barrels of Oude Fermier which were refermented on Prickly Pears and Raspberries for more than a year, then blended with a small portion of Biere Blanche and bottled with select Brettanomyces strains
