Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel-fermented and -aged Saisons. This tenth release contains select barrels of Oude Fermier which were fermented in French Oak Chardonnay Barrels and then selected for exhibiting a bright, citrus acidity before blending and conditioning for an extended period of time.

Flaska från Side Project. Ljusguldig med vit krona. Väldigt citrus-forward, mycket citrusvita, fat. Kanske något skarp, djup syra som går mot vinägerhållet. Får igång salivproduktionen. Fin doft men blir kanske lite tuff i smaken. Gott hur som.
