AROMA: medium hop aroma with floral (lupulin), ripe melon, peach. medium malt background with slight toffee notes. APPEARANCE: light amber to deep gold body with material in suspension. medium-low off-white head, creamy, with low retention. TASTE: medium hop flavor with notes of lupulin, ripe melon, pine. medium toffee-like malt background, slightly sweet. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an American IPA style beer, with a bit too much malt presence, typical of an English IPA.
