Bottle. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is yeasty, some spicy and mild wheat with citrus and some bananas. Flavour is wheat, citrus, sweet malts, some dill, mild bananas, spices and a bit yeasty tones.

FlessaBräu Weizen, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Orangegold, trüb; 5/6 des Glases sind Schaum - die Flaschengärung hat offensichtlich funktioniert! - In der Nase fruchtig-frische Weizenbieraromen, Pfirsich, milde kandierte Orangenschale, reiche Süße, ein wenig Klee. - Antrunk schlank und fein obergärig-fruchtig mit weicher Orangenschale von zarter Herbe über elegantem Weizenmalz von weicher Süße, ein wenig Klee, kaum herb. Erfreulich wenig Banane. Spritzig rezent, etwas dünn aber schön hefig. Im Abgang milde Herbe von kandierter Orangenschale. - Leichtes, spritziges Weizen mit eleganter Fruchtigkeit und angenehmer Süße. Gefällt auch einem Nicht-Weizenfreund wie mir. (23.3.2021.)

Dense, huge, whipped eggwhite-like head over hazy, deep golden beer. Faint clove, more orangepeel, fruity esters. Sweetish-sourish smelling, betraying wheat. Faintly fruity taste. Orangejuice, the guaiacol arriving very late and only as a kind of wryness. Most absent is the habitual bananaflavour. Even the wheat is not strong in the flavour. Bit wheatslick, generally light bodied, medium carbonation. Not very convincing as a Weizen, as if the fusels and esters have been avoided as much as possible, in order not to shock too much. Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts mild, malty, more and more yeasty, modest dry. Light fruity notes of banana. Finish well balanced, maybe a bit too dry. Okay.

Fruchtig hefiger Antrunk, steigende Intensität. Deutliche, angenehm weiche Hopfigkeit, zum Ende herber, dabei immer noch deutlich hefig. Spritzig, vollmundig, gut. 11/10/11/11/11/11

Cloudy yellow color with a large head. Aroma is a yeasty, spicy smell. Taste is a subtle spicy, almost a fruiy banana flavor. Not bad.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Nette schöne volle Nelken-Hefenote. Weich, fruchtig, aber sehr viel Kohlensäure. Mild-weiche Hefe, fruchtig aber nicht zu süß, sehr schön toll nelkig rund, weich, sehr toll und ausgewogen. Leicht erdig, recht intensiv im Aroma. Superlecker!

Milchig trübe goldene Farbe, nicht lang haltbare weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch muffig würzig, leicht hefig fruchtig. Geschmack bananig, hefig, im Abgang viel Nelke, muffig.

500ml bottle. Hazy, bright yellow colour with small, frothy to macropore, diminishing, white head. Spicy yeasty aroma, a touch of mustard seed and dill, cautious fruity hints of banana and lemon, herbal, grassy overtones. Taste is spicy yeasty, slightly sweet wheat malty basis, a touch of banana, lemon, mandarine; slightly watery. Nice spiciness, but a bit anaemic.
