Tooth & Nail is a celebration of all the little victories that we fight to win every day. Our rotating hop series; we use an American pale ale canvas on which we build a wonderful hop trial experience. Each edition features unique hops seldom-used in our core beers and barrel-aged products, allowing us to learn about new techniques, methods, and the art that is hopping beer.

Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Clear, lighter brass. Small, white head.
Light toast and cereal with pine and grapefruit from the straightforward Centennial addition. Clean, malty.
Lighter bodied, creamy, some stewed hop and a bit of grapefruit. Not too toasty but that old school stewed hop character is off-putting to me. Well-balanced.
