2oz. Appearance: clear pale golden. Aroma: honey, nice peaches, with a touch of lemon and ginger. Taste: along the same lines, a tad spice because of ginger. Overall: nicely integrated, good stuff.

Peaches dominate and light ginger makes it refreshing. Lemon and honey take back seat but add to overall backbone and is sweeter than last mead for sure.
