BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy, fruity, bittersweet, with some acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
