Pour is a cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is funky and floral. Kind of like a saison. Flavor is more of the yeasty funk with some spicy and bitter hops. More of a Belgian table beer than a lager. Good and light drinking.

22 oz. bottle. Pours pale, hazy yellow, with a huge, bubbly, white head. Bitter orange rind, sourdough bread, hard cheese, and sage. Pretty dry flavor, lightly bitter, and just a touch tart. Light body, silky, a bit effervescent, and clean. This is a dry, brett-forward beer. Refreshing and clean, but a little funky and mild.

clear yellow, huge creamy white head. super nice dry wild yeaty aroma with a little bit of a citrussy note to it. Long time since i sampled a bretty borne aroma this good. flavor is yeasty, bretty, somewhat watery, floral, it’s fine, but a bit boring. Quite well balanced. Bottle is kinda old, but it has ages beautifully.

Shared 22 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy pale golden with a big, fizzy, frothy white head that has good retention. Aroma is straw and is very fruity with some Brett funkiness. Taste is citrus, peach, lemon, and white grapes with grass and some barnyard. Deep down, it’s almost a bit pilsner-like. Mild sourness. High level of carbonation. Light-bodied but really has a lot going on; complex. Extremely drinkable. Very good.

Pálida amarillenta, muy clara y algo turbia. Aroma citrico y lacteo, poco agradable. Mejora en boca. Carbónica, muy lupulada, cítrica, piña, frutal, herbal. Pese a todo tiene un carácter medicinal tipo redoxon que no acaba de convencer. Lo mejor la etiqueta.
