Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light citrus - grapefruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruit, malty, minerals, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130628]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, straw and hops.

Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, little white head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Mild minerals. Light floral tone. Pleasant tangerine and lemon citrus. Little orange. Dry finish. All right.

Cask at the Grape and Grain Autumn beer festival, Crystal Palace. Honey coloured pour with a white head. Slightly sulphurous nose with hints of citrus and pear. Citrus flavours with a light bitter tang. Bitter finish.
