This cold IPA was loaded up with a large dry hop of Strata and Riwaka for heady notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, and some sticky dankness. Barley, corn, and rice are all fermented nice and chilly with our lager yeast for maximum refreshment levels. Zone Plane 8 certified.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear pale blonde gold with small white head. Oily gooseberry hops, some rice character sticking around. Hops are a bit too subdued, possible it's age (can stamp says 01325 which I assume means Jan 3, 2025, but it's missing a number?), but it's also Beere so it could just be that too...

Pale with slight haze. Ok hop but that weird onion note...for a beer not made with the most oniony hops. Maybe Strata and Riwaka don't go together. Moderate bitterness. There's nothing that's actually objectionable, but it really doesn't come together well on the palate for me.

On tap at Beere, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some herbal hops, but no trace of the NZ hops. Flavour is better, with tangy citrusy hops, some oily dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Tangy, lightly bitter finish. Pleasant stuff.

4oz pour at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a small white head. Bright citrus and gooseberries on the nose. Flavour has citrus, gooseberries, and bright pine. Clearn to drink, reasonable hop expression.
