Our house lager, Cherokee Standard is an easy-drinking light pilsner meant to be enjoyed year-round! A mild hop brightness on the palate lends to use of Czech saaz hops in the boil.

Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Clear brass. Small, white head.
Lightly herbal, peppery nose. Great malts with honey and light cereal. Clean.
Clean again with honey and biscuit. Rich and malty, nice and dry finish with gentle herbal notes.

Pour is a blonde with a large white head. Aroma is wet dough malt. Flavor is uber bitter saaz hops with more wet dough malt and maybe even a bit of lemon. Pretty good pils with a bit of a heavier malt bill.

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is straw and citrus. Slick body, straw, dough, crisp finish, very good.
