Zusammen mit der australischen Moon Dog Craft Brewery aus Australien entstand dieses dunkle Lagerbier. Gehopft wurde mit australischem Galaxy-Hopfen, um dem Bier eine angenehme, fruchtige Note zu verleihen, ohne den Malzgeschmack zu überlagern. Das Bier wurde über den ganzen Sommer gelagert, dadurch ist es weich und reichhaltig im Geschmack und macht bei jedem Schluck Lust auf mehr.
Say G’day to the Tasmanian Devil, a Munich Dunkel that’s just perfect for when the days start growing shorter, as it brings back some of the warmth that we left in the summer. We dip hopped this beer with Australian Galaxy hops to lend it some of that pleasant fruity hop touch, without putting it in front of the malt flavour. We lagered the beer throughout the summer, and all these long months of rest really made it super smooth, rich and crisp. A very elegant beer, that’s just asking for a new round.

On tap at Mel's Wien, shared with Hrabren. Blackish coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, malty caramel nose. Sweet malty, fruity, light herbal hoppy and dry finish. No pet food in the taste which is plus but unfortunately quite boring overall.

On tap at Mel's, Vienna. Shared with Ogi. Dark brown, small beige head. Nutty, lightly toasty, lightly herbal aroma. Flavour is lightly fruity, dark fruit, toasty and herbal hoppy bitterness. Smooth texture, moderate tartness, some astringency. Dry finish.

Can, Bevog webshp. Darker brown, large and lasting tan head, creamy. Mild dusty nsoe, grassy with slight biscuity back, later on some nice fruity notes. emdium bitterness, slight sweetenss to it. A bit roasted in teh finish. Lasting afetrtatse. Light, almost watery, but nice.

Nahezu schwarze Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, schwach röstmalzig, leicht hopfig, leicht fruchtig.
