Pale light brown tint. Mild tart nose. First taste impression is certainly cherries and some candy. Better than expected. Tartness rises in the middle. Not bad overall and a pleasant surprise compared to most of the overly spiced winter warmers I've had. Alky content is well hidden.

Dark gold with a large white head that left decent lacing. Sweet and tangy with toasty malt and a hint of tobacco. Medium finish and body.
