Rum and Raisin Winter Warmer is a hand crafted beer brewed by Eyvind Flood at Lilland Brewery Hotel. To this ale we have added a generous amount of raisins and infused it with French oak chips soaked in 23 year old Zacapa Rum.

Sampled at the brewpub / hotel. Distinct aroma and flavour of raisins, old rum and oak. Medium sweet, warming mouthfeel. Nice one.
